Pancreatic Biliary Clinic
The Pancreatic Biliary Clinic at the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology provides a team of expert endoscopists and a state-of-the-art digital imaging system for interventional endoscopy.
ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography) can be combined with pancreatoscopy, cholangioscopy or percutaneous procedures, often using EUS (endoscopic ultrasound scope) to guide endoscopic and surgical approaches. Pancreatic stones can be treated with extracorporeal, mechanical or electro-hydraulic lithotripsy.
We work closely with anesthesiologists and psychologists to treat painful conditions like chronic pancreatitis and unresectable cancer. Minimally invasive techniques are used for pancreatic pseudocysts, malignancies and strictures.
